Congratulations to Karabo – Lucky Bread Co’s Barista Champion!

At Lucky Bread Company, coffee isn’t just a drink — it’s a craft, a passion, and a way of connecting with people. This week, we proudly celebrate our very own Karabo, who has officially been crowned the winner of the Internal Barista Competition Finals at the TM12 Barista Training Academy!

The finals, held on 27 August 2025, brought together the talented baristas of Lucky Bread and TriBeCa in a celebration of precision, creativity, and collaboration. The atmosphere was buzzing as each competitor poured their heart into every cup, showcasing their artistry and inspiring their peers.

In a battle of skill, passion, and perfect pours, our very own baristas stepped up to the challenge. Joshua, Karabo, and Patrick competed with heart, but it was Karabo who truly stole the show.

His calm presence and undeniable talent behind the espresso bar captivated the judges, earning him the title of champion! Karabo’s win isn’t just a personal victory—it’s a powerful testament to the skill we pour into every single cup.
