Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM to qualify for next-day collection.

Collection Details

  • Orders will be ready for collection at your selected Lucky Bread store during operating hours.
  • Customers must present their order confirmation when collecting their items.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Any changes or cancellations must be made before the 11:00 AM cut-off time on the day the order is placed.

All food orders are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or changes to collection dates once your order has been placed, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.

In such cases, please contact us at catering@luckybread.co.za within 24 hours of collection with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Lucky Bread Company is committed to protecting your personal information and will take all reasonable measures to do so.

“Personal information” is defined in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), which can be accessed here.

All transactions are processed in South Africa and charged in South African Rand (ZAR).

The laws of South Africa govern this website.


Lucky Bread Company designates South Africa as its chosen domicilium citandi et executandi for the service of legal notices, court documents, and all forms of communication related to this agreement.
